Booking Information
Please read through this thoroughly before booking in an appointment. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking and loss of service fee paid.
Service Fee
The service fee that is paid is secure your appointment space. This doesn't include jewellery, and require a 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel the appointment, can read more about that on the T&Cs page.
ID Requirements
Everyone must bring along 1 form of ID, regardless of age. Plead read the age policy page about which piercings are doable for certain age groups. Failure to bring ID with you or correct form of ID (must be in person, not a picture on your phone) will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your service fee.
Booking an appointment for two or more people
If there are two or more people wanting to come in, please book in separate appointments for each person under their own details. If you book back to back appointments you can come together, I can only fit 3 people into my room at 1 time.
Feeling unwell?
Please cancel/reschedule your appointment.
I don't get sick pay - so being unwell and taking time off affects my wage. Not only that, I have to think about my child, if she gets sick that's time off school so meaning longer time off work. I also have autoimmune disease called Fibro so getting ill can cause that to flare up, so please stop & think before attending your appointment when unwell.
Please arrive on time
There is a 10 minute window, any later than 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled and you will need to book in again with new service fee. If you arrived 5-10 minutes early, you can wait in the hallway or grab a coffee. Please don't walk straight into the room, wait outside until I come and collect you.

The system works as a 21 day rolling period, 1 weekend availability goes live at the end of the current month.
