Cancellation Policy

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel/rearrange your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled/rearranged without 48 hours notice, will lose the service fee paid online. These appointments are non-transferable to family/friends. Please read the Terms & conditions and Age Policy to understand the service fee can be retained if not followed correctly.
