Please arrive on time to your beauty service appointment. If you are running late please contact Beauty by E asap. There is a 15 minute grace window, any later will automatically cancel your appointment and charged a cancellation fee.

If you are late to your appointment, please understand that the service being booked in will only be done within that time window.

If there are any issues with the any services, please inform Beauty by E via email within 72 hours after your appointment, so the issue can be fixed asap. Anything past 72 hours, will need to be booked and full charge for the service.

Aftercare is very important, a full in-depth speech in person will be given. If for any reasons improper aftercare is done, frequently (more than twice when doing services), then future appointments will be prevented, or any upcoming will be cancelled.

No shows are unacceptable, if you no show then your appointment is automatically cancelled, any future appointments will need to pay for the service full & upfront. If you book in anything, those will be cancelled & service fee taken is non-refundable.

All service fee payments are non-refundable.

If you, or someone within your household, has become unwell and/or has a contagious illness, please contact Beauty by E as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

Due to my insurance, children and/or pets are not allowed. Also, because of the size of room, unless prearranged, friends and family members are not permitted during your appointment.

Beauty by E would like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes. So please arrive at your appointment, whether it is for an infill or full set, with NO eye makeup on. Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for.

Please try not to drink caffeine 2 hours prior to your appointment, caffeine can increase the movement of your body due to increase of heart rate, also your natural self anxiety & sensitivity can be heightened due to the caffeine intake meaning you'll jitter/move without realising. Let's not forget it can dehydrate you, which can cause issues with moisture etc with applying lash extensions.

Please arrive to your appointment without contact lenses in, this can cause issues if the glue goes onto them.

Due to the high quality of products Beauty by E uses, she will not infill another technicians work. A removal and full set would be required in this instance.

Please inform Beauty by E during the service if you feel uncomfortable, there shouldn't anything that is causing this.

Those wanting tinting service, a patch test must be carried out 48 hours prior, failure to do so, the service booked will be cancelled.
