- How old do you have to be?
The insurance covers those aged 14 & upwards, anyone under 18 has to come with a parent/guardian.
- Is the process safe?
Yes, absolutely. Dea is trained, and operates under a strict risk assessment. You will wear safety googles and a layer between the skin and jewellery during welds.
- What if I need to remove the jewellery?
You can either come into the studio to have it removed on the jump ring, or can do it yourself using nail clippers onto the jump ring. After the reason of removal you can get it rewelded for a low fee, as a new jump ring will be needed.
- What if they break?
There is a 72 hour coverage for any breakage, so will reweld free of charge, if beyond the 72 hours a reweld will be charged at a low fee.
- Return/Refund?

- Restrictions?
Yes, anyone with a pacemaker fitted should not get welded jewellery.
