- How old do you have to be?
The insurance covers those aged 14 & upwards, anyone under 18 has to come with a parent/guardian.
- Is the process safe?
Yes, absolutely.
- What if I need to remove the jewellery?
You can either come into the studio to have it removed on the jump ring, or can do it yourself using nail clippers onto the jump ring. After the reason of removal you can get it rewelded for a low fee, as a new jump ring will be needed.
- What if they break?
If the jump ring snaps, then a reweld prior to 30 days is free of charge.
- Return/Refund?
As this is a personalised, made to measure piece, we do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds on this product.
- Restrictions?
Yes, we can't do this on someone who is pregnant or has a pacemaker fitted.
