Booking Policy
- Service fee
The service fee that is paid is secure your appointment space. The amount paid is HALF the piercing service fee as a booking fee - This fee is deducted from the amount you pay on the day. Other Services it's full service fee paid. The fee paid for any service is NON-REFUNDABLE.
For example; you pay £16 on the booking site for a conch piercing, on the day of service you'll pay remaining £16 + any jewellery you chose on the day.
- The appointment is cancelled, or an attempt to rearrange is made, with less than 48 hours notice.

The booking fee is not a deposit and is not refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours before your original appointment time, to be able to move your booking fee to another date. Failure to give us a clear 48-hour notice, your booking fee will be lost and your appointment will be automatically cancelled - you will be required to pay the remaining fee on the service fee paid, certain other services like consultations or jewellery changes will be charged a £10 fee.

- ID Requirements
Pearl Collective operates as a 16+ studio, anyone 16 & over can accompany by themselves with photo ID.
Anyone 15 & under must be with parent / guardian, both parties have photo ID. If ID isn't availble a birth certificate is accepted as long as there is clear relations (surnames) of parent/guardian and child.
Everyone must bring along ID, regardless of age. Plead read the age policy page about which piercings are doable for certain age groups. Failure to bring ID with you or correct form of ID (must be in person, not a picture on your phone) will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your service fee.
- Please arrive on time
There is a 10 minute window, any later than 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled and you will need to book in again with new service fee. If you arrived 5-10 minutes early, you can wait in the hallway or grab a coffee.

- I understand that every piercing has a age restriction, I am booking in for a piercing I am allowed at my age, I understand if I book for a piercing and I am under the age for that piercing the service fee paid will be forfeited.
- If booking in for a Under 16's, I have read the page and I understand the terms & conditions.
Can't find availability?
Most likely means I'm fully booked or I'm off work. Reschedules will show on the website (only if given a 48 hour notice, if less then they won't show). Usually it's a month by month availability.
