Booking Policy

Service fee

The service fee that is paid is secure your appointment space. The amount paid is HALF the service fee as a booking fee. It is NON-REFUNDABLE. This fee is deducted from the amount you pay on the day.

For example; you pay £16 on the booking site for a conch piercing, on the day of service you'll pay remaining £16 + any jewellery you chose on the day.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours before your original appointment time, to be able to move your booking fee to another date. MUST email pearlcollective2020@gmail.com to reschedule.

Failure to give us a clear 48-hour notice, or if you need to fully cancel your appointment, and your booking fee will be lost.

ID Requirements

Everyone must bring along ID, regardless of age. Plead read the age policy page about which piercings are doable for certain age groups. Failure to bring ID with you or correct form of ID (must be in person, not a picture on your phone) will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your service fee.

Please arrive on time

There is a 10 minute window, any later than 10 minutes your appointment is cancelled and you will need to book in again with new service fee. If you arrived 5-10 minutes early, you can wait in the hallway or grab a coffee.

  3. I agree to give a 48 hour notice via email to reschedule my appointment, If I reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, my service fee payment will be forfeited, and I will require to book with new payment.
  4. I understand that every piercing has a age restriction, I am booking in for a piercing I am allowed at my age, I understand if I book for a piercing and I am under the age for that piercing the service fee paid will be forfeited.
  5. If booking in for a Under 18's, I have read the page and I understand the terms & conditions.

Can't find availability? Most likely means I'm fully booked or I'm off work. Cancellations & Reschedules will show on the website (only if given a 48 hour notice, if less then they won't show).

Usually its a month by month availability, unless it's half term or holidays, then it'll be shown in 2 months advance.
