Your piercing fee will be retained by Pearl Collective

1. The appointment is cancelled, or an attempt to rearrange is made, with less than 48 hours notice.

(you must email to reschedule your appointment with a 48 hour notice).

The booking fee is not a deposit and is not refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours before your original appointment time, to be able to move your booking fee to another date. Failure to give us a clear 48-hour notice, or if you need to fully cancel your appointment, and your booking fee will be lost.

1. You have not brought correct or sufficient ID.
2. You are underage for the piercing booked. Please check age policy.
3. You are late to your appointment.

Appointments are set to allocated time slots and scales, and one late client will negatively impact an entire day, we allow a 10 minute window for appointments that are 30 mins or longer. If it's a downsize, check up or consultation, you can't be more than 5 minutes late.

1. You no-show your appointment.

You will be charged the full fee of £40. If it happens more than twice, you will be banned.

1. You have booked for an anatomy-dependent piercing that you are anatomically unsuitable for. Please book in for a consultation prior to check your anatomy is suited.
2. You book for piercing placements and or services we are currently not offering.

(it is your responsibility to check these prior to booking.)

1. If you attend your appointment with numbing gel/cream on the area, service will be refused.

Age Policy

Please remember to bring your ID to your appointment.

It doesn’t matter about your age, ID is required for everyone to prove your age due to insurance liability and local bylaws.

From 1st September 2025, insurance companies are changing their policies in England UK, so from then anyone 17 & under will need to bring a parent/guardian with them, both parties must bring photo ID with them.

If you forget your ID, the service will be refused and you will forfeit your service fee.

ID of parent/guardian, that proves their legal guardian of child, and child’s ID (passport or anything GOV passed). Will NOT accept photo pictures, must have it in person only. If you forget the ID the appointment will be refused and booking fee will be forfeited. (Must be only 1 parent / guardian to the appointment, not the whole family) - birth certificate is no longer a valid ID, so I will not accept this.

ID requirements are as so...

Must be a picture of you as an adult, any child/baby photos won't be accepted - unless it's someone under the age of 18, it must be an up to date picture of yourself.

Must be a GOV official ID. It must be Passport, driving license, provisional, citizenship ID, PASS-card.

Must be in person with you, no phone pictures, a physical ID to hand to me.

I operate under the challenge 25, so please be prepped for your appointment.

All piercings I offer have a age restriction on them to keep you and myself safe, meaning everyone will need ID and show ID at appointment.
