Your piercing fee will be retained by Pearl Collective
- The appointment is cancelled, or an attempt to rearrange is made, with less than 48 hours notice.
(you must email to reschedule your appointment with a 48 hour notice).
The booking fee is not a deposit and is not refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours before your original appointment time, to be able to move your booking fee to another date. Failure to give us a clear 48-hour notice, your booking fee will be lost and your appointment will be automatically cancelled - you will be required to pay the remaining fee on the service fee paid, certain other services like consultations or jewellery changes will be charged a £10 fee.

- You have not brought correct or sufficient ID.
No ID, no service. Must be physically with you on the day to prove who you are and your age.
- You are underage for the piercing booked. Please check age policy.
- You are late to your appointment.
Appointments are set to allocated time slots and scales, and one late client will negatively impact an entire day, we allow a 10 minute window for appointments that are 30 mins or longer. If it's a downsize, check up or consultation, you can't be more than 5 minutes late.
- You no-show your appointment.
You will be charged the full fee of £40. If it happens more than twice, you will be banned.
- If you attend your appointment with numbing gel/cream on the area, service will be refused.
- Still breastfeeding, please only book if the baby is less dependant on breastmilk and beginning weaning onto solids.
- Less than 13 weeks postnatal, please give your body time to heal.
- Had surgery near/on area that is being pierced less than 2 years ago. Please book consultation before hand.
